We operate the SameDaay mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform"), which connects local service providers with buyers seeking same-day cancelled appointment deals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information when you use our Platform.

By using SameDaay you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

• Profile photo and portfolio images (service providers)
• Business name, EIN number and business address (service providers only)
• Social media handles and website URL (service providers only)
• Payment information processed securely through Stripe — we do not store card details
• Messages sent through our in-app structured messaging system
• Ratings and reviews you submit

• Device type, operating system and browser type
• IP address and approximate location
• App usage data including pages viewed, features used and time spent
• Booking history and transaction data
• Push notification interaction data

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Connect buyers with service providers
• Process bookings and payments through Stripe
• Send push notifications about deals near you
• Display provider profiles and listings to buyers
• Calculate and display distance between buyers and providers
• Send booking confirmations, receipts and reminders
• Facilitate our ratings and review system
• Review and approve service provider applications
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and policy violations
• Improve and develop our Platform

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 With Other Users

When you make a booking, your first name and last initial are shared with the service provider. Service provider public profiles including their business name, rating, reviews and listing information are visible to all buyers. We never share your full name, contact details or payment information with other users.

3.2 With Service Providers

We share your information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Platform including:

• Stripe — payment processing and payouts
• Supabase — secure database and authentication
• Post Bridge — social media management

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of SameDaay, our users or the public.

3.4 Business Transfers

If SameDaay is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and a prominent notice on our Platform.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information including:

• All payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is PCI DSS compliant
• Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text
• EIN numbers are partially masked and accessible only to admins
• All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

5. Your Rights and Choices

5.1 Account Information

You may update or correct your account information at any time through your profile settings. You may also request deletion of your account by contacting us at support@Samedaay.com.

5.2 Push Notifications

You may opt out of push notifications at any time through your device settings or the notification preferences in your SameDaay account.

5.3 Location Information

You may disable location access through your device settings. Note that disabling location will limit your ability to see deals near you and accurate distance information.

6. Children's Privacy

SameDaay is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor please contact us immediately at support@Samedaay.com and we will delete it promptly.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the effective date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
